Michael Greenberg: President/CEO

Mike first ventured into the mortgage business in 1974. It was then that he began to lay the groundwork for his own enterprising mortgage company with a fresh business approach. Since that time, Mike has been directly involved in loan closings totaling over $1 billion and Greenco has been an active participant in Colorado's growth, servicing nearly 6000 customers in the last five years. Over thirty five years in the mortgage business has given Mike the expertise and insight to build a one-of-a-kind mortgage company. Mike lives in Boulder, CO and has invested his entire career serving Boulder as well as the greater Denver Metro area.

Ira Litke: Liscensed Senior Loan Officer

Ira joined Greenco over 15 years ago, converting his corporate client experience, business instincts, and superb financial skills, into a sucessful path in the mortgage industry. He hammered his way through college as a building contractor, giving him a sound fundamental perspective of the real estate business. He is personally invested in rental properties, and is an experienced stakeholder in the business climate that his clients face everyday. His expertise and depth of appreciation of client needs and expectations make him an effective advocate for every homebuyer. Ira has been distinguished by being named the Boulder Area Realtor Association's Affiliate Of The Year. He has published dozens of articles for consumer and trade newspapers, and is a charismatic presenter of seminars on mortgage programs, credit, and lending industry trends. His personal style is straight forward, honest, and direct. His clients can expect to be well informed before making loan decisions, and made comfortable about heading into closings with no surprises. His business is built on a distinguished parade of valued clients, and their referrals of family and friends.

 Damon Chavez

Prior to founding Visionary Lending Corporation, Damon Chaves held senior positions in both the banking and high tech industries as Vice President - Technical Sales Manager at US Bank and Citibank for six years and Sales Launch Manager at Peregrine Systems Inc., and Remedy Corporation for three years.
During his tenure in the banking industry, he helped pioneer the Visa branded Purchasing and Travel & Entertainment charge cards with the who's who of Fortune 500 corporations.  Building on his experience in the banking industry, he once again was one of the early pioneers who launched the next evolution of purchasing through the deployment of electronic procurement applications to the Fortune 1000.
Chavez is the co-founder of the Visionary Lending Corporation, offering customers full service home financing, buying and selling solutions by bundling services for financing, buying and selling real estate.  Visionary Lending Corporation combines Chavez's current business ventures, Colorado House Finders and ACE Appraisers; founded in 2001, providing top realtors, mortgage professionals and property valuation specialist to customers.
Recognizing industry trends, Chavez decided in 2007 the need to integrate his business model with the most highly regarded mortgage banking group in Colorado.  In April of 2007, Chaves merged Visionary Lending Corporation (DBA) under Greenco Financial, Inc.  Greenco Financial is a highly regarded full service mortgage banking organization serving the mortgage financing needs of Colorado since 1988.
Growing up in a family of real estate investors and living in Colorado his whole life, Chavez earned his BS in Administration and Computer Information Systems from the University of Colorado and a Masters in Telecommunications Management from the University of Denver.  He enjoys spending his free time attending his daughters' swim meets and soccer games, and skiing, mountain biking and playing tennis with his family.
