Michael Greenberg: President/CEO
Mike first ventured into the mortgage business in 1974.  It was then that he began to lay the groundwork for his own enterprising mortgage company with a fresh business approach.  Since that time, Mike has been directly involved in loan closings totaling over $1 billion and Greenco has been an active participant in Colorado's growth, servicing nearly 6000 customers in the last five years.  Over thirty five years in the mortgage business has given Mike the expertise and insight to build a one-of-a-kind mortgage company.  Mike lives in Boulder, CO and has invested his entire career serving Boulder as well as the greater Denver Metro area.

Brett Popish: Licensed Mortgage Consultant
Brett is a native of Colorado - born and raised in the greater Denver area. His professional career in outside sales has accredited him to gaining the necessary skills for becoming successful in mortgage industry. After mastering his knowledge base, customer relationships and business skills, Brett sought both the challenge and rewards of becoming an independent mortgage consultant.  Brett’s loan experience and vast knowledge with FHA, VA, CHFA, Conventional & Jumbo loan programs allows him to offer his clients tailored solutions for their mortgage needs.  Brett has been serving the real estate and lending industry since 2003.  In his free time he enjoys spending time with his fiance Jenna and their four pets (1 dog and 3 cats), weightlifting, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, watching the Denver Broncos, and reading.

Jocelyn Predovich: Licensed Mortgage Consultant
Jocelyn was born and raised in Cañon City, Colorado. She graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, where she earned two business degrees in finance and computer information systems. She then pursued a career as a marketing strategist for large corporations, the latest being Agilent Technologies (Hewlett Packard) in Loveland, Colorado.  After spending four years in the high-tech industry, Jocelyn had the opportunity to fulfill her long time career interest in the mortgage industry. Early in her mortgage career, Jocelyn was fortunate to mentor under several successful mortgage business owners. During this time she honed the skills necessary to become successful in the lending industry. After helping hundreds of satisfied clients, Jocelyn sought the next step in her longtime career goals and began to build a group founded on the principals she learned early on in life and still exhibits today.  As a big fan of the diverse downtown Denver culture, Jocelyn and her husband Brock are currently renovating their early-1900s home in that area. Jocelyn is a yoga enthusiast and loves spending time in the Colorado outdoors, taking advantage of the hiking and biking trails as often as possible. In her spare time Jocelyn also enjoys trading stock options.
